Return and Refund Policy

At Hotel Sara Residency, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:

    1. Cancellation and Refund Window:

      • Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will not qualify for a refund.
    2. Refund Process:

      • Once a cancellation is approved,refunds will be processed within 5 working days which will be eventually be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
      • Guests are advised to provide accurate payment details to avoid delays.

 

    1. Non-Refundable Bookings:

      • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable, and such reservations will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

 

  1. No-Show Policy:

    • In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice), no refund will be issued.
